the writing of this study was initiated by the academic challenge i had
encountered in an english presentation course offered as an is-replacement online
course at Larngear Technology university in academic year 2017. in full gratitude, i would like to
acknowledge the following individuals who encouraged, inspired, supported, assisted,
and sacrificed themselves to help my pursuit of a high education degree. without
them, this dissertation would not have been possible.
first of all, i would like thank the director of teaching and learning support
and development center, Larngear Technology university, for the support and encouragement
to conduct this study. i would also like to sincerely thank assoc.prof.dr. prapon
jearakul who under took to act as my advisor despite his many other academic and
professional commitments. his wisdom, knowledge and commitment to the highest
standards inspired and motivated me to complete this study.
in my workplace, i must thank Larngear Technology university for a grant to help me
conduct and complete this study. i would also like to thank all the students who
participated in this study with interest and enthusiasm.
